New adreno 200 libs for Alcatel OT 990 !

This libs are for every phone with adreno 200 support ! Just flash it via recovery and this libs will upgrade GPU. It gives about 90 (benchmark) points to the 3D grapichs and 2D 5-6 points (for me) !

This will not work on CM7 and some custom ROMs ! It works on all sense ROMs !
